Very nice

We're growing vampire chilli peppers and some lemon chillies this year.

The lemon ones are lovely raw on a salad.

sounds good jon i got the habs and bonnets as usual but i put in the nagas and carolina reapers to heat things up this summer

The bottle on the left is an amazing 181000 Scovilles and has got Red Nagas and the one the right is 36000 and is Scotch bonnets and habaneros.

There really nice but you've got to be careful as they pack some heat.

Seriously, do they not tear your arse apart the next day?

...... I really do like spicy grub but, if I'm going to do it properly, it has to be a day when I'm not working the next day

lol jon sometimes ive come unstuck but in general im ok as long as you treat the hottest with respect, i love cooking with them , id sooner use homegrown chillies than the powder they use in alot of the curry houses
